This factor plays an important role in your business as your business totally solely depends on you. You are the master of your business and you need to have courage and confidence to run your business successfully. Do not lose hope if your business faces loss, try hard and overcome it. Do not repeat the same mistake that you did previously which made you to face loss in your business.   
• Honesty and loyalty: by being honest and loyal to your customers you can be a successful in your business because your customers are the ones who make your business successful. Never try to cheat them. Make sure that you supply the best quality of goods to them which will gain trust on your business. Do not give them false information so that you can earn some extra profit in your business. By doing this you might lose your customers and once you lose your customers it is very hard to bring them back to your business. Give your customers the best and your business will automatically be successful.
